You will build genuine relationships, listen to member goals, and recommend personalized solutions while contributing to a positive, motivating member experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and a proactive sales approach to grow our member base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, connect members to resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative sales and service experience to inspire members to take next steps in their fitness journey.
• Support onboarding of new members and help them connect to fitness offerings.
