Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a member-facing role focused on welcoming new members and guiding them on their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and tailor solutions to support overall fitness success, delivering a motivating and results-driven member experience.

You will be the first face members see, greet, and assist with onboarding, ensuring a positive sense of belonging across a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to serve the member community.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment for members and guests.
• Provide a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales/service experience to members and guests.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connecting them to fitness offerings.
