Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a member-focused team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions for fitness success.

You will be the first face members see, deliver an engaging onboarding experience, and promote the gym’s offerings to help members take the next steps in their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrates authenticity, sincerity, and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and answer questions.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connect them to fitness offerings.
