Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and recommending personalized solutions to help members succeed in their wellness journey.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or fitness sales experience.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and a desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Authenticity, integrity, and open-mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales/service experience to inspire members to take next steps.
• Support onboarding to connect members to fitness offerings; be the first friendly face they see.
