Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Managing Partner in Training to drive club profitability, energize the team, and deliver exceptional member service in a fast-growing franchise. You'll recruit and coach staff, manage payroll, oversee operations, and uphold standards across compliance, inventory, and the guest experience.

The role demands urgency, leadership, and a passion for building community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member-focused in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance
