Responsibilities

• Staffing & development: recruit, hire, train, and develop department managers and team members; provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Sales: lead generation, appointment setting, and guest goals to hit financial targets.
• Planning: develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans to meet goals.
• Guest/Team experience: create a positive gym culture, handle member concerns, ensure safety and appearance.
