Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a General Manager to oversee membership, fitness, and operations, driving financial success and a best member and team experience.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse team, manage budgets, lead sales goals and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding UFC GYM values.

Compensation: $55,000 to $90,000 per year with benefits, tuition assistance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire department managers and staff; foster diversity.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance reviews for reports.
• Lead gym operations planning to hit membership and revenue targets.
• Drive guest conversion, retention, and sales metrics with accountability.
• Ensure policies and promotions are executed efficiently and safely.
• Monitor gym appearance and resolve issues to maintain member satisfaction.
