UFC GYM in Huntington Beach seeks a General Manager to oversee membership, fitness, and operations to drive financial success and an exceptional member and team experience.

The GM will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team, ensuring high performance, adherence to company values, and alignment with strategic goals. Strong leadership and sales acumen are essential for growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
• Experience with basic computer skills like MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.
• Strong and proven leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities and skills.
• 2-3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Development: Recruit, interview, hire department managers and front-line team members; provide training and performance reviews.
• Sales Execution on Key Metrics: Lead, appointment-setting, guest goals, and drive membership sales targets.
• Planning: Develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans; coordinate with VP and department heads.
• Guest/Team Experience: Create a positive gym culture; resolve member concerns; manage appearances and safety.
• Organization Relationships: Report to VP of Sales; manage dotted-line reports and cross-functional coordination.
