Formación

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a proven track record.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Ability to lead teams with a service-first culture and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail and other revenues to exceed targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals.
• Provide coaching and leadership to achieve objectives and a culture of accountability.
• Cultivate a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage members.
• Oversee daily club operations, facilities, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
