Job summary

Excel Fitness in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Part-Time Morning Member Services Rep at the front desk. You will greet members, process check-ins, and maintain a friendly, safe club environment during morning shifts.

Responsibilities include cash handling, updating member information in the POS, promoting memberships, ensuring cleanliness, and following all policies. CPR/AED training is required before working alone; standing for long periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission and Planet Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist at front desk during assigned shift.
• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Balance cash drawers daily.
• Promote memberships and assist with promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
