Gold's Gym in San Antonio, TX seeks a Front Desk Team Member to greet members and guests, check them in, and handle inquiries. You will direct visitors, assist with membership sign-ups, and process retail sales while keeping the front desk organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet each member and guest promptly to create a friendly entrance and departure.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor for delinquent accounts.
• Assist guests with registration and direct to the appropriate trainer.
• Answer calls professionally and take messages for management.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain stock.
• Support membership sales and sign-ups at the kiosk or desk.
• Maintain front desk area, log maintenance concerns, and report safety issues.
