Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Service Associate in Henderson, NV to greet members and guests, provide information on services and memberships, and securely check in members using our management system. You will handle inquiries, process payments, and uphold a clean, welcoming front desk environment.

Flexible to schedules, you will support safety protocols, manage inventory for beverages and gear, and contribute to a positive, high-energy gym experience for all members and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and gym management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system.
• Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items, and track sales.
• Support a clean and well-maintained facility through regular gym walks and checks.
