Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a new Las Vegas gym and seeks a dynamic Member Experience Manager to lead front desk operations and deliver best-in-class service. You will train and motivate staff, resolve member concerns, manage billing questions, and partner with department managers to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained facility that drives retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline leadership in fitness, hospitality, or service industries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with fitness management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns, ensuring quick resolution of service issues or billing questions.
• Train, motivate, and develop front desk staff while maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, friendly, and well-maintained to support a best-in-class experience.
• Address member complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to maintain retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage members and improve retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor trends in member satisfaction and provide actionable insights to leadership.
