Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Service Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and guide them through services and membership options. You will check-in guests, process payments, and help maintain a clean, efficient front desk area.

Strong customer service skills and an interest in fitness are a plus; CPR certification within 30 days of hire is required. Evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or front desk role.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑focused communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with gym management software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system and monitor alerts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and restock supplies.
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure member and staff well-being.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with locker room and facility upkeep.
