Shifts start with a manager on duty review, with breaks aligned to shift length. You’ll have opportunities to participate in free workouts and access to ongoing training resources in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required; training provided.
• Must be able to connect/communicate with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with new memberships and existing members with check-ins and questions.
• Meet the manager on duty to review the day’s assignments.
• Provide a 30-minute lunch break and other breaks as allowed by shift length.
• Participation in free workouts and access to training resources as available.
