Gold’s Gym Tennessee is seeking team members to assist guests with memberships, answer questions at check-in, and help create a welcoming, motivating environment.

No degree or certification is required; we provide training and ongoing mentorship. You’ll work with club management, participate in daily shift duties, enjoy a free gym membership, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with new memberships and help existing members with questions.
• Support day-to-day operations as directed by the manager on duty.
• Attend required breaks and participate in available workouts when appropriate.
