Gold’s Gym Smyrna Fitness, LLC in Smyrna, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee membership sales, front desk operations, and kids club, while supporting the General Manager and guiding the gym to meet financial targets. You will lead the sales team, hire and train staff, manage daily gym operations, and ensure a friendly, clean, and safe environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in sales leadership within fitness is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven results.
• Understanding of P&L, revenue, budgeting, inventory and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and lead sales team members to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and develop sales, kids club, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Oversee gym operations, inventory, and assets.
• Support member retention efforts and address concerns promptly.
• Assist GM with cash handling procedures and reporting.
