Job summary

The Zoo Health Club in Nashua, NH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for part-time work. You will be the first point of contact for members, handling check-ins, class registrations, and front desk transactions while keeping the area tidy and welcoming.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with a flexible part-time schedule. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is helpful, but training is provided to maintain a clean, safe, and motivational club environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Check members into the club and assist with membership questions.
• Answer multi-line phone systems and route calls.
• Schedule classes and register members for services.
• Process memberships, payments, and front desk transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Perform routine facility cleaning including floors, equipment, restrooms, and showers.
• Follow club policies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
