Job summary

Core Development & Management seeks a Facilities Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance and service on cardio and strength equipment across club locations. Responsibilities include repairs, daily progress updates to the Facilities Manager, and ensuring preventative maintenance with thorough club walkthroughs.

The role emphasizes reliable scheduling, teamwork, and support for construction, re-equip projects, and warranty work as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in mechanical and electrical service.
• Experience in a fitness club is preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Repair out-of-order equipment and obtain sign-off from club staff.
• Communicate daily with Facilities Manager on progress and obstacles.
• Maintain KPI scorecard with consistent, at-standard results.
• Manage helpdesk ticketing system for assigned clubs.
• Conduct regular club walk-throughs for preventive maintenance and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain and update work schedules using Outlook.
• Assist with construction, presales, re-equips, extractions, and installations.
• Maintain company vehicle inventory and cleanliness.
• Document work on warranted equipment; target at least 10% warranty work.
