Job summary

The Dynamic Fitness is seeking a Facilities Technician to help ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning club experience for members. You will manage daily facilities tasks, coordinate with district teams and external contractors, and uphold company safety policies under the direction of the Director of Facilities.

Key duties include routine maintenance, inspections, addressing equipment needs, managing vendor relationships, and communicating clearly with staff and management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Highly organized, able to handle a multi-task environment.
• General understanding of computer skills (Email, Excel, Word).
• Technical skills in equipment and building maintenance. HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or facilities roles, preferably in health club maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Follow and enforce policies for efficient facility management.
• Inspect facilities daily, addressing maintenance and equipment needs.
• Address member concerns related to facilities/equipment promptly.
• Collaborate with club teams to ensure a positive member experience.
