Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Operations and Installation Coordinator to manage installation workflows for large gym equipment, coordinate orders, and handle warranty issues.

You will support the sales team, set up customer accounts in NetSuite/CRM, process POs, and liaise with 3PL partners in the U.S. and abroad. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in CRM/logistics required; fitness industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer relationship management through sales operations, customer service, sales, and/or logistics.
• Operational logistics knowledge in the fitness/gym environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple responsibilities and solve problems.
• Independent, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
• Excellent coordination skills and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (or comparable ERP/WMS), Excel, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations including quotations, site-readiness, layouts, shipment coordination, and vendor management.
• Provide support to customers and sales team with timely issue resolution and warranty follow-up.
• Set up customer accounts and manage orders in NetSuite and Salesforce CRM.
• Process and update purchase orders, QC, provide cost/shipping estimates, maintain order accuracy.
• Manage orders and warranty claims, returns, credits, partial orders, and shipment issues.
• Be liaison to Operations and coordinate with third-party 3PL teams in the U.S. and internationally.
• Act as single point of contact for operational issues including delayed deliveries.
• Support team and represent the brand in day-to-day customer interactions.
