Job summary

Coastal CAT in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the quoting, billing, and delivery processes for compact equipment. You will act as a liaison between sales, service, transportation, and inventory to ensure risk-free, on-time shipments and accurate documentation.

The role requires a four-year degree in business or related field, strong organizational and math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and DBS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four year degree required in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
• Relevant work experience can replace education requirement.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and DBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for new compact machines.
• Process billing for new compact machine sales.
• Coordinate demo setups and no-charge agreements.
• Collaborate with service and transportation teams to ensure machines are prepped and delivered.
• Work with yard personnel to facilitate machine prep and customer pickups.
• Monitor no-charge inventory and follow up with sales reps to ensure timely resolution.
• Review work orders for new machine deals to verify cost accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain expertise in OEM and partner marketing programs; apply incentives appropriately and secure necessary approvals for claims.
• Communicate regularly with the inventory management team regarding machine needs and sales trends.
