Job summary
Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations, lead staff, and ensure an outstanding member experience at our Oxnard location. You will manage recruiting, training, scheduling and supervision while driving customer service and a positive brand image.
Responsibilities include overseeing front desk activities, coaching staff, coordinating promotions, and handling onboarding in Paycom.
Qualifications
- Honesty and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
- Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
- Lead front desk tasks: greet members, conduct gym tours, resolve service issues.
- Support staff and club members; maintain a positive club image.
- Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
- Ensure opening/closing and staffing across all hours.
- Implement current marketing promotions with staff.
- Onboard new hires in Paycom and complete admin tasks.
- Order supplies and track inventory.
