Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff including Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests while ensuring staff follow customer service guidelines.
• Schedule staff and cover all shifts.
• Lead by example with accountability and training.
• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll and handle HR forms.
