Planet Fitness in Hillsborough Township, NJ is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience while driving the club's financial success. You will lead a team of employees, coach for high performance, manage payroll, scheduling, and front-desk activities, and partner with Corporate on promotions and standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service, leadership, and reliability, with a track record of staff

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests and ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
• Staff Management: Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Lead by example and coach direct reports with PF values and goals.
• Administration and processing of weekly payroll and HR forms.
• Oversee opening/closing, facility maintenance and safety.
