Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Moreno Valley is seeking a Club Manager to lead gym operations and supervise staff, ensuring a positive member experience and a financially successful club.

You will recruit, train, schedule and coach team members, manage front desk activities, and promote excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards and policies. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Manage front desk tasks and welcome members.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and adherence to policies.
• Oversee onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Maintain club hours and inventory management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effective communication.
