Planet Fitness is seeking a hands-on Gym Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure a positive member experience, and drive club profitability. You will lead front desk, training, scheduling, and staff development while upholding brand standards.

You will hire and coach team members, manage onboarding in Paycom, maintain open/close procedures, and ensure policy compliance across all duties, enabling a welcoming Judgement Free Zone.

Formación

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure great customer experiences.
• Front desk tasks: greet members, give gym tours, handle questions.
• Support staff and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure open/close of gym and hours compliance.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
