You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage member services, handle scheduling and onboarding, and uphold brand standards across front desk, promotions and safety protocols. This role offers full-time hours, advancement opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring a great customer experience.
• Front desk tasks: greet members, provide gym tours and address questions.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image and adhere to company standards.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Open/close the gym promptly.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
