Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight to ensure excellent customer service.
• Front desk responsibilities: greeting, tours, member inquiries, issue resolution.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Open/close the gym promptly.
• Ensure staff are trained on current promotions.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
