Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a consistently positive experience.
• Lead front desk activities: greetings, tours, and member inquiries.
• Support team members and club members as needed.
• Maintain a positive club image and adherence to company policies.
• Coach and counsel staff to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym on schedule.
• Keep staff informed of current promotions.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Ensure the club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
