The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive club performance, while promoting promotions and maintaining staff coverage during all hours.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service experience.
• Front desk duties including greeting members, gym tours, and handling service questions.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure the gym is open/closed promptly and staffed during all hours.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding activities in Paycom for new hires.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to exceed expectations.
