Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX seeks a GVI Operations Manager for a fully on-site role, Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00. You will oversee end-to-end GVI operations across Coppell and SEV, manage production, inventory, and logistics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years in strategic management within a large organization, with proven vendor management, demand planning, and process-improvement skills.

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, finance, or economics.
• 8–10 years of experience in a strategic management or decision-making role.
• Experience in a large organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across business units.
• Lead the development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership.
• Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPI's on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Support in establishing and running operational processes
• Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events.
• Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities (Coppell (MPC/LPS/eComm), SEV, etc.)
• Manage all inventory processes related to internal CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer order fulfillment, RMA, aging inventory movements, Issue resolution, etc.
• Manage all aspects of GVI production at Coppell and SEV, Demand Fulfillment (DF), logistics, and RMA operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MPC, SP, LPS/Warehouse, as well as Sales) to ensure all production targets are met.
• Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs, and Process Improvements for the GVI (CRN & Refurb) category.
• Perform monthly MTV counts and Semi-Annual Physical Inventory (PI) counts as required.
• Provide inventory control support (aging and blocked stock).
• Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience.

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
