Job summary

Staffmark Workforce Solutions seeks a seasoned GVI Operations Manager for an on-site contract role in Plano, TX. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, production, and distribution across Coppell, SEV, and related sites, reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with 8–10 years of strategic management experience in large organizations, demonstrating strong vendor management, demand planning, and process improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, finance, or economics-related subject.
8–10 years of experience in a decision making/strategic management role within a large organization.
Previous experience in a large organization with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop activity planning processes and ensure adoption across business units.
Lead development of business plans, planning, and budgeting activities.
Create goals and KPIs for regional and global strategies and report metrics to leadership.
Support in establishing and running operational processes and create materials for meetings and events.
Oversee internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities across Coppell, SEV, and other sites.
Manage inventory processes for CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer orders, RMAs, aging stock, and issue resolution.
Coordinate production, DF, logistics, and RMA activities to meet targets.
Collaborate with MPC, SP, LPS/Warehouse, and Sales to achieve production targets.
