Responsibilities

• Act as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division.
• Manage your own territory and aggressively grow sales while promoting the Service Partners brand.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and prospect new accounts.
• Present, negotiate, and communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
• Process dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements using computer systems.
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of general contractor and building industry preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus.
• Ability to comprehend construction drawings.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Travel: cover a territory with a 250‑mile radius and overnight requirements up to 75%.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength required. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
