Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus policies and FAA regulations.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with training contractor.
• Develops scheduling procedures with clients to promote reliable aircraft scheduling.
• Maintains training currency and Monthly Flight Time Records for crewmembers.
• Submits required reports and promotesSafety Management System initiatives.
