Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager to lead a flight department at the OPF area in Florida. The role focuses on safety, operational excellence, and maintaining Solairus’ culture of service and integrity.

You will supervise personnel, coordinate training, and develop scheduling procedures to ensure reliable operations. Strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and on-call availability are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Total time requirement: 3000 hours.
• PIC requirement: 1500 hours.
• MEL experience: 1500 hours; MEL PIC 500.
• Time in turbo-jet: 500 hours.
• Instrument time: 250 hours.
• NBAA CAM certification or leadership training preferred.
• College degree required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel to ensure policy compliance with FAA and manuals.
• Coordinates crew and maintenance training with contracted providers.
• Develops scheduling procedures for reliable aircraft usage.
• Approves PTO and manages flight schedules with the flight coordinator.
• Participates in interviews for new personnel and reports to Client Responsible Officer.
• Promotes safety, service quality, and goodwill within the SMS framework.
