Solairus Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Florida to lead all maintenance on assigned aircraft and ensure airworthiness in accordance with CFRs and company policies.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, an A&P certificate, and strong budgeting and vendor-management skills. Relocation within 1 hour of KOPF may be needed, with collaboration across DOM and CAM.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of corporate aircraft maintenance operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Proven planning and leadership of maintenance programs.
• Relocation within 1 hour of KOPF may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and ensure airworthiness per CFRs.
• Develop a budget and supervise expenditures for maintenance.
• Coordinate with DOM, CAM, AMOs and external vendors.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, ADs, and servicing.
• Liaise with FAA and ensure operational readiness.
