Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all aspects of maintenance on assigned aircraft and ensure compliance with airworthiness standards. The role includes maintenance tracking, long-term planning, scheduling, and budget oversight for parts, labor, tooling, and facilities.

The candidate must hold an A&P certificate with 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, deep knowledge of CFRs and FAA directives, and strong budgeting and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate aircraft maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and direct maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities of assigned aircraft and ensure airworthiness.
• Coordinate maintenance training with DOM/CAM.
• Develop and manage a maintenance budget including parts, labor, tooling, and facilities.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain flawless records of inspections, repairs and parts changes.
• Liaise with FAA regarding maintenance policies and directives.
• Ensure timely readiness of aircraft with minimal schedule impact.
