Job summary

UE Systems seeks a Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions, to own the Gulf Coast territory. You will establish pipeline, engage maintenance teams, and translate ultrasound technology into measurable improvements in uptime, energy efficiency, and asset reliability.

The role requires field-based activity with 50–75% travel, strong technical credibility, and the ability to build executive-level business cases for change. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

5+ years in maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, or related plant operations.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and common failure modes.
Experience selling reliability-focused hardware, software, or services.
Ability to translate technical value to diverse audiences and manage exploration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own territory plan for Gulf Coast and grow qualified pipeline.
Lead discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, energy, and EHS.
Demonstrate ultrasound solutions and build business cases for change.
Develop proposals quantifying value from uptime, energy savings, and asset reliability.
Manage opportunities end-to-end with CRM updates and forecasts.
