Job summary

UE Systems seeks a technically credible Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions to rebuild and grow our Northeast presence. This field-based role owns the territory, develops pipeline, expands key customer relationships, and translates ultrasound into measurable uptime and energy efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance/reliability, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and comfort presenting to plant floor and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or related field.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and failure modes.
• Ability to translate reliability opportunities into value for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Northeast territory plan to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Prospect across priority industrial markets with targeted outreach.
• Lead discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineers.
• Translate needs into ultrasound solutions and value for customers.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end in the CRM with accurate forecasting.
