Job summary

UE Systems seeks a technically credible, hunter-minded Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions, to rebuild and grow our Gulf Coast presence. You will own the territory, create new pipeline, expand strategic relationships, and translate ultrasound technology into measurable uptime, energy efficiency, and asset reliability gains.

This field-based role requires strong discovery, customer-facing demonstrations, and the ability to build compelling business cases for change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance, reliability, or related plant operations roles.
• Ability to translate reliability opportunities into business value for multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within Gulf Coast territory.

Responsibilities

• Own Gulf Coast territory plan to grow pipeline, revenue, and long-term account value.
• Lead discovery with maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams.
• Demonstrate ultrasound solutions and build a credible business case for change.
• Develop proposals quantifying value from uptime, energy savings, and asset reliability.
• Manage opportunities end-to-end with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and technical resources to accelerate adoption.
