Job summary

UE Systems seeks a technically credible Technical Sales Manager, Reliability Solutions to expand our Northeast presence. This field-based role requires 50-75% travel and ownership of the territory, building pipeline and relationships with maintenance and reliability teams to translate ultrasound technology into measurable uptime, safety, energy efficiency, and asset performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, predictive maintenance, or related plant operations.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and failure modes.
Experience with reliability technologies such as ultrasound, vibration, infrared thermography, or lubrication.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a Northeast territory plan to grow pipeline, revenue, and long-term account value.
Lead consultative discovery with maintenance, reliability, and operations stakeholders.
Translate customer needs into ultrasound solutions spanning hardware, software, and services; build a business case for change.
Conduct onsite evaluations and product demonstrations to establish technical credibility and advance opportunities.
Develop proposals quantifying value through downtime reduction, energy savings, and asset reliability.
