Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to lead environmental permitting, planning, and project delivery across Texas and the Gulf Coast. You will guide cross-functional teams and manage complex regulatory strategies.

The role emphasizes client development, senior QA/QC, and building lasting relationships with agencies and utilities. A proven network and deep regulatory knowledge in NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline.
10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region.
Extensive experience with NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT.

Responsibilities

Lead complex environmental projects across energy, data centers, CCUS, and renewable energy.
Drive client development and manage client relationships; oversee project delivery within schedule and budget.
Provide QA/QC for regulatory filings, permit applications, NEPA reports, and siting studies.
