Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to join our Gulf Coast team and lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and the Gulf region. This senior role focuses on delivering environmental consulting services for energy, data centers, CCUS, and renewables.

You will drive client development, manage relationships, oversee project delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region.
• Extensive experience with NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT and related regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in environmental planning and permitting for energy infrastructure, data centers, and CCUS projects.
• Strong technical writing, strategic problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and the Gulf Coast region.
• Manage client relationships, pursue opportunities, and oversee project delivery with QA/QC oversight.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of biologists, engineers, archaeologists, planners, and technical specialists.
• Develop permitting strategies and manage regulatory processes to ensure successful outcomes (CWA, ESA, NEPA, CCN).
• Build and maintain client relationships, engage in market-facing activities, and achieve sales targets.
