Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to join our Gulf Coast team and lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and the surrounding region. You will drive client relationships, oversee interdisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality environmental solutions for complex energy projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline
10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region
Extensive experience with NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT
Demonstrated expertise in environmental planning and permitting for energy infrastructure, data centers, and CCUS projects
Strong technical writing, strategic problem-solving, and project management skills

Responsibilities

Lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and the Gulf Coast region.
Develop permitting strategies and manage regulatory processes with state and federal agencies.
Provide senior-level QA/QC for regulatory filings and client deliverables.
Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
