Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and the Gulf Coast. You will drive growth through client development, oversee interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality environmental deliverables.

This leadership role requires deep regulatory knowledge (NEPA, CWA, ESA) and experience coordinating with agencies like USACE, FWS, and PUCT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region.
• Extensive experience with NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management efforts across Texas and the Gulf Coast.
• Drive growth through client development and manage client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery with cross-disciplinary teams and QA/QC of deliverables.
• Develop permitting strategies and coordinate with regulatory agencies (USACE, FWS, PUCT).
• Lead pursuits, proposal development, scope prep, and cost estimation.
