Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental Planning Project Manager to join the Gulf Coast team and lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project delivery across Texas and surrounding regions.

You will drive growth through client relationships, mentor interdisciplinary teams, and coordinate regulatory processes with agencies such as USACE and FWS, delivering high-quality environmental consulting for energy, data centers, CCUS, and renewables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, siting, and energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region.
• Extensive experience with NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT and other agencies.
• Strong technical writing, strategic problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental planning, permitting, siting, and project management across Texas and Gulf Coast regions.
• Develop permitting strategies and coordinate regulatory processes to ensure compliant project delivery.
• Manage client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and lead pursuits and proposals.
• Oversee interdisciplinary teams and ensure delivery within schedule and budget; provide mentorship to junior staff.
