MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an Engines Foreman to lead field service technicians in the inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial engines and power systems.

The role requires leadership of a technical team, coordination of schedules and parts, and travel across the Gulf Coast region, with emphasis on the Orange Beach, AL area. Strong diagnostics and mentoring skills are essential.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of experience with industrial engines, power generation equipment, heavy machinery or a related field.
• Proven experience performing engine diagnostics, rebuilds, major repairs, and component replacement.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel, natural gas, and propane engine systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engine schematics, service manuals, technical documentation, and OEM specifications.
• Willingness and ability to travel to support Gulf Coast region.
• Experience with supervising or developing technicians is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and overhaul of diesel, natural gas, and propane engines.
• Oversee engine tear-downs, rebuilds, inspections, and component replacements.
• Ensure all work meets OEM specs, manuals, bulletins, and procedures.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and schedules for safe, efficient work.
