Job summary

Pacific Power Group in Orange Beach, AL is seeking an experienced Engines Foreman to lead our field service technicians in inspection, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial engines and power generation systems. This leadership role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to coordinate work safely and efficiently.

You will travel along the Gulf Coast, supervise direct reports, mentor technicians, and ensure work meets OEM specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years of experience in engines/power generation or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel, natural gas, and propane engine systems.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and OEM specifications.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and performance testing equipment.
• Ability to travel to Gulf Coast region as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, repair, and overhaul of diesel, natural gas, and propane engines.
• Oversee engine tear-downs, rebuilds, inspections, and component replacements.
• Ensure work meets OEM specifications and company procedures.
• Verify proper commissioning, testing, and engine performance after repairs.
