Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Foam Territory Manager to drive sales growth for fixed systems in the Gulf Central territory (TX, LA, OK, NM, AZ, KS, MO). You will build relationships with contractors, end users, and engineering firms, and manage a defined geographic region with regular travel.

You will develop sales strategies, target monthly and quarterly goals, collaborate with internal teams, present proposals, and forecast performance while maintaining a sharp focus on margin and customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of foam agents and foam systems is preferred.
• Proven sales track record in foam fire protection or related products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in municipal and fixed systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales leads to increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, end users, engineering firms, and specifiers.
• Understand competitive landscape and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Develop and present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and industry regulations.
